What to get in touch about

• Bug reports. If a tool didn't work as expected, let us know which tool, what file type you were converting, and which browser and device you were using. That detail helps us reproduce and fix the problem quickly.
• New tool or format requests. Need a conversion we don't offer yet? Tell us the formats — for example "AVIF to TIFF" — and we'll look at adding it.
• Feedback and ideas. Suggestions on how to make an existing tool clearer, faster or more useful are always welcome. You'll also see a quick star-rating box appear after you run a tool if you'd rather leave feedback there.
• Privacy questions. Anything about how your data is handled — though the short answer is that your files never leave your device. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

Many common questions are already answered on each tool's page and in our guides. If a conversion failed, it's also worth trying a different browser, as some formats rely on features that vary between browsers. If that doesn't help, send us the details above and we'll dig in.
