File Format Converter provides free, browser-based tools for converting and processing files. All conversions run locally in your web browser; your files are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. The Service is provided for your personal and lawful business use.

Because all processing happens on your own device, you retain full ownership of and responsibility for any files you convert. We do not claim any rights over your content, and we do not access, view, store or transmit it. You are solely responsible for keeping backups of your original files.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. While we work hard to make conversions reliable, we do not guarantee that any tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the output will meet your specific requirements. Always verify converted files before relying on them, and keep your originals.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, File Format Converter and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or files, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Advertising and third parties

The Service is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads and any third-party content are the responsibility of their respective providers. Our use of advertising and analytics is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites linked from the Service.
